Flamethrower version 2.5 (c) 1998 by Windex and Max.Smoke:
======================================================================

This is mainly a bug fix version of 2.0.

Primary shoots a steady stream of short-range flame,
while alt-fire launches a fireball that will explode into flaming
chunks when it hits a wall or actor. Pressing and holding alt-fire
while you have primary fire pressed, then releasing primary fire
will cause you to start shooting globs of unlit napalm instead of
a stream of flame. These globs will stick to walls and creatures,
and can be lit with any type of flame effect.

New model, animations, and textures were done by Max.Smoke of the
Capture the Cow team.

See the "Changes Since 2.0" section for a list of things that have
changed since version 2.0.

To play around with it, type "summon dexft.flamethrower" at the
console during a game of Unreal.

To get ammo for it, type "summon dexft.flameammo" at the console.
Alternately, you can use the command "allammo" to get 999 ammo.

KNOWN BUGS:

This weapon doesn't perform very well under software mode. It will
function, but likely very slowly. If you just can't live without
using this weapon, then go buy a 3D card :)

If you're having problems such as not being able to see the flames
when you fire the gun, make sure "HighDetailActors" is set to true
in your advanced options.

Legal:

You may use this weapon mod in any map without asking permission,
but you MUST give the author credit. You may NOT modify this
weapon without asking permission. If you're just learning UScript,
feel free to crack open the classes in UnrealEd, and look through
the code.

I'm sure I've forgotten some situation, but whatever you do... just
GIVE ME CREDIT. :)

Changes Since 2.0:

- Fixed Multiplayer/Botmatch bug.

- Added a 3rd person view model.

- Reduced first person view scale a bit.

- Things no longer catch on fire immediately. Instead, they smoke
for a little bit, *then* catch on fire if they continue to be
  exposed to flames.
